Nordic cheeses (2 hours)
With Kerstin Jürss Sveriges Gårdsmejerister, Poul Larsen HKI Ost, Hans-Petter Uleberg Matcompaniet
During this session, you will get to taste a wide and representative selection of artisanal Nordic cheeses from Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The cheese is presented, and you have plenty of time to taste, discuss and make your own tasting notes about the cheeses.
"Drinking combined with cheeses" (1 hour)
With Jenny & Glenn Svensson, Hugo Ericson Ost
We take 3-4 cheese families and taste with drinks that works and don't work, to give participants an indication of how to navigate the variety and to be able to give tips and advice to customers.
"The cheese language" (1 hour)
With Malin Dahl & Mårten Bergroth, Möllans Ost
How do you describe cheese? Here we gather to jointly promote and formulate how we describe cheeses - both when we assess professionally and when we sell to our customers.
